The Four Goals of Leadership Montgomery
Goal I
Redevelop the core program to be exceptional.
Goal II
Strengthen the identity of our organization through branding excellence and communication.
Goal III
Modify the Leadership Montgomery governance structure into the 21st Century best-practices model that effectively engages every member and their unique talents for the overall excellence of the organization.
Goal IV
Recognize alumni as a significant asset to leadership Montgomery and to the community as a whole. Leadership Montgomery will create an Alumni Development Committee to replace the Alumni Association in order to more closely align and engage alumni as a major part of the organization.
